Wooden Gate Repair
Customer Issue: Mrs. Shrafft’s front gate wouldn’t unlock when commanded, either by remote control or local console.
Our Solution: We looked at the intercom system, paying particular attention to the wiring and antenna. When that showed no issues, we opened up the locking mechanism to look for jams and found nothing. Finally, we replaced the circuit board in the gate operator and reprogrammed it. This solved the problem! We gave the wooden panels some new screws while we were at it, to replace a few badly rusted ones.
